    Also完成1.5億美元融資準備進軍歐洲電動自行車市場

    Also, Inc.為美國電動汽車製造商Rivian旗下微型移動業務分拆成立的新公司,近日完成1.5億美元的D輪融資。由Prysm Capital領投,Eclipse Capital、Greenoaks及MVP Ventures參與,新資金將用於加速自駕車平台的開發。隨TM-B電動自行車已開始在美國出貨,該品牌目前正籌組團隊,準備進軍歐洲市場。

    The trustees overseeing the bankruptcy of the Dutch Accell entities today launched an international sales process for the group, inviting potential buyers to bid for the business as a whole or in part. A back-stop agreement with an interested party covering all of Accell's bike brands is intended to provide business continuity while the sales process takes place.

    Also secures $150 million as European e-bike launch nears

    Also, Inc., the US micromobility spin-off from electric car manufacturer Rivian, has closed a $150 million (€128 million) Series D financing round. Led by Prysm Capital, with participation from Eclipse Capital, Greenoaks and MVP Ventures, the new capital will accelerate development of its autonomous vehicle platform. With US shipments of its TM-B e-bike underway, the brand is now building a team for a European market launch.

    China leads as EU e-bike imports rise 36% in H1

    A total of 422,000 e-bike units were imported into the European Union in the first six months of 2026, the latest Eurostat data shows. This is up 36% from the same period in 2025. Unlike last year, China now supplies the lion's share of these imports. Year to date, China accounts for 41% of e-bikes entering the EU.
